Specific Skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects for web or mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Understanding responsive design, accessibility, typography, color systems, and interaction patterns.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Responsibilities
- Design clean, modern, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into engaging experiences.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, UI components, and brand consistency across products.
- Improve user experience through iterative testing, feedback collection, and data-driven design decisions.
- Design accessible and inclusive interfaces following modern UX standards and best practices.
- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
