Responsible For

We are looking for a Tableau Developer with strong expertise in Tableau to help us turn data into clear, actionable insights. This role is heavily focused on building reports with tableau. You will as well be able to design, build and maintain dashboards that are not just functional, but intuitive and impactful. You will work closely with different teams to understand their data needs and translate them into powerful visual stories.

Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
Translate business questions into clear, insightful visualizations
Connect Tableau to multiple data sources (databases, spreadsheets, APIs)
Perform data cleaning and transformation to ensure accuracy and reliability
Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability
Maintain and update existing dashboards based on evolving business needs
Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements
Ensure consistency in data definitions and visualization standards
Ensure data accuracy, integrity and security in all Tableau solutions

Additional Requirements

Nice to Have

Experience with Tableau Prep for data transformation
Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
Basic knowledge of Python or R
Understanding of UX principles for dashboard design
